6. A.J. Green vs. Green Bay Packers

An offense that has yet to see the end zone in two games gets one of the league’s worst passing defenses. That could mean big plays and a score for the Bengals best pass catcher.

A.J. Green voiced frustration after Cincinnati’s embarrassing 0-2 start. After their game against Houston he called out his team and expressed his desire to get the ball more. The Bengals should listen to the man.

Green is one of the best wide receivers in football and extremely dangerous all over the field. Andy Dalton should be throwing every other pass to this guy.

This week, that may happen. The Packers got torched on Sunday night by Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons. The Bengals receivers, specifically Green should be excited about this matchup.

Dalton has struggled, not only because of the disastrous offensive line, but also because he hasn’t got the ball to Green enough. The Bengals have trailed in both games, and this game should be no different. Airing it out will not only be the right move but possibly the only move.

Through two games the talented wide receiver has 18 targets leading to 10 catches for 141 yards. The targets are there but the connections have not been. Green Bay should be the remedy for that.

Julio Jones scorched them for big plays finishing the night with 5 catches for 108 yards. The Bengals do not have the talent the Falcons do and Andy Dalton is no Matt Ryan. The Red Rifle has still shown the ability to support Green’s fantasy value throughout the years.

While Green is typically an every week starter, this week he may be worth the money in daily contests as well. Look for the Packers to continue their defensive struggles.

The next wide receiver on this list is another playmaker who has been given plenty of opportunity in this young season. That should continue in Week 2.
