UCLA and Stanford will meet this Saturday in a Pac-12 showdown. Both teams are coming off losses, which could make this is a great game to watch.

Josh Rosen’s UCLA and Bryce Love’s Stanford are set for a showdown after losing in Week 3. Both squads lost in heartbreak, as Stanford fell on the road to San Diego State and UCLA lost in Memphis on the final drive.

UCLA is 2-1 coming into this game, while Stanford currently sits under .500 at 1-2. They’re both well coached teams in the Pac-12, but I like Stanford’s David Shaw a little better. The quarterback play for UCLA has been superior to Stanford. QB Keller Chryst has been trying to develop into his own and the Cardinal haven’t let him go completely yet. UCLA’s running game on the other hand isn’t near the level of Stanford’s.

It’s a great matchup, even though both teams are coming off losses. Stanford’s going to lean on Bryce Love, while UCLA is going to ride with Josh Rosen. I always tend to lean with the team that has the better quarterback, which in this case is UCLA by a mile. I don’t know if I like UCLA straight up, but I like them against the spread.
