Week 4 of the college football season had some moments that will live on as memes in Internet history.

Ah, there’s nothing quite like that point in the college football season where surrender cobras are out in full force and programs are foolishly calling out Alabama. Or in this case, one player and the rest of his teammates giving him the side eye for eternity.

Nonetheless, call out the champs and it’s either going to be legendary or yet another footnote in becoming the next college football meme. Alabama destroying Vanderbilt wasn’t all that there was to talk about on Saturday.

Penn State and Iowa played a classic that produced some of the best Hawkeye surrender cobras the eye could see. Out west, it was time go streaking as USC kept on winning with a big performance against Cal.

Every week seems to provide their fair share of moments and this week was certainly no different to say the least. Here are the best college football memes from Week 4 of the season.

At the end of the day, this week belongs to Alabama. It’s the low hanging fruit here to go after Vanderbilt, but in this case it’s pretty funny. It would have been one thing to get blown out but still put up some points, but they didn’t do that.

They put up zero points and the Alabama defense let them move absolutely nowhere. Every single time someone calls out Alabama, it always seems to end bad. It’s probably time to retire that tradition going forward.
