Seattle lost its Week 1 game on the road against the Green Bay Packers. It’s not the end of the world, as winning in Lambeau is very difficult if you don’t play for the Packers. However, the Seahawks have struggled to get much of anything going offensively this season. Their offensive line is terrible and Seattle barely beat the division rival San Francisco 49ers at home in Week 2.

Tennessee came out flat in their home opener in Week 1 versus the Oakland Raiders. Losing by 10 points at home to an emerging AFC rival is not a great start to Tennessee’s season. However, the Titans were able to run the ball down the division rival Jacksonville Jaguars’ throat in North Florida in the second half in Week 2.
These two teams may very well be the best in their respective divisions. Though they play in the two weakest divisions in football, who will come out on top Sunday in Nashville: Seattle or Tennessee?

Expect to see a low-scoring, smash mouth sort of game between the Titans and the Seahawks. If Tennessee can run the ball with authority and avoid the costly turnover, the Titans can improve to 2-1 on the year. Whichever team falls to 1-2 will have some serious questions entering Week 4, mostly around if that team is capable of winning multiple playoff games.
