The Seattle Seahawks have real problems, including a Los Angeles Rams team that looks game in a suddenly interesting NFC West.

32

San Francisco 49ers 0-3

Last week: L, 41-39 vs. LAR
Last rank: 30th

The 49ers should be happy about the offensive explosion, but the defense gave up way too many points considering the talent on that unit.
31

Cleveland Browns 0-3

Last week: L, 31-28 at IND
Last rank: 28th

The Browns always seem like they are ready to make progress, and then Sunday rolls around. They need to start making progress.
30

New York Jets 1-2

Last week: W, 20-6 vs. MIA
Last rank: 32nd

The jets showed up and dominated an AFC East foe. if that’s the high point of the year, it’s a fine one.
29

Indianapolis Colts 1-2

Last week: W, 31-28 vs. CLE
Last rank: 31st

Indianapolis was a home dog to the Browns, and they took it personally. Great job by the Colts to get off the mat and take care of business.
28

Cincinnati Bengals 0-3

Last week: L, 27-24 (OT) at GB
Last rank: 25th

The Bengals had every opportunity to beat the Packers and get back on track. Instead, they blow it in epic fashion, all but sealing their 2017 fate.
27

Los Angeles Chargers 0-3

Last week: L, 24-10 vs. KC
Last rank: 23rd

The Chargers got their funeral on Sunday. At 0-3 in the AFC West, they have been all but buried again.
26

Chicago Bears 1-2

Last week: W, 23-17 (OT) vs. PIT
Last rank: 29th

The Bears got a huge win against the Steelers, despite Mike Glennon clearly being in need of more time on the bench. Now Chicago travels to take on the Packers on Thursday night.
25

New York Giants 0-2

Last week: L, 24-21 at PHI
Last rank: 20th

If there was a more crushing loss this week to a team that had Super Bowl hopes, please point me in that direction.
24

Buffalo Bills 2-1

Last week: W, 26-16 vs. DEN
Last rank: 27th

Give the Bills credit, they made plays against an excellent defense. Buffalo doesn’t have much tgalent on offense, but it was a fine team effort.
23

Arizona Cardinals 1-2

Last week: L, 28-17 vs. DAL
Last rank: 19th

Larry Fitzgerald is great. Nobody else on Arizona’s offense is even good. It could be a long year in the desert.
22

Miami Dolphins 1-1

Last week: L, 20-6 at NYJ
Last rank: 17th

The Dolphins didn’t just lose to the Jets, they were plastered. This isn’t a good sign moving forward.
21

Houston Texans 1-1

Last week: L, 36-33 at NE
Last rank: 21st

The Texans are going to be kicking themselves for kicking instead of going on 4th and 1. Seriously, what was Bill O’Brien thinking?
20

New Orleans Saints 1-2

Last week: L, 34-13 at CAR
Last rank: 24th

BLAH
19

Baltimore Ravens 2-1

Last week: L, 44-7 at JAX
Last rank: 14th

Baltimore might not be a very good team. It took 10 turnovers to hide that Joe Flacco is terrible. On Sunday, he threw for 28 yards.
18

Jacksonville Jaguars 2-1

Last week: W, 44-7 vs. BAL
Last rank: 26th

Jacksonville opened up a can against the Ravens, showing that the defense is very much for real. Can the Jaguars make a run in the AFC South?
17

Los Angeles Rams 2-1

Last week: W, 41-39 at SF
Last rank: 22nd

The Rams look like they could get dangerous as October begins. The offense is rolling and Wade Phillips will fix that defense. Seattle should be sleepless.
16

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 1-1

Last week: L, 34-17 at MIN
Last rank: 11th

The Buccaneers can’t play the way they did on Sunday and be taken seriously. Jameis Winston throws three asinine interceptions and Case Keenum looks like Joe Montana? Yikes.
15

Carolina Panthers 2-1

Last week: L, 34-13 vs. NO
Last rank: 9th

Carolina needs to figure out what is wrong with Cam Newton. Throwing three interception and gaining 169 passing yards against the Saints is absurd.
14

Seattle Seahawks 1-2

Last week: L, 33-27 at TEN
Last rank: 7th

Seattle has real issues right now. The defense got smoked by the Titans, and the offensive line continues to be a sieve. Something has to change quickly.
13

Denver Broncos 2-1

Last week: L, 26-16 at BUF
Last rank: 8th

This is the kind of loss the Broncos can’t have. The division is brutal, and while the Bills deserve credit, Trevor Siemian and his two interceptions also deserve ample blame.
12

Detroit Lions 2-1

Last week: L, 30-26 vs. ATL
Last rank: 12th

Brutal loss for the Lions. They thought they won, only to see an overturned call and then a 10-second runoff. Detroit has to pick up the pieces, but that’s a rough one.
11

Washington Redskins 2-1

Last week: W, 27-10 vs. OAK
Last rank: 18th

The Redskins announced themselves as playoff contenders on Sunday night, thoroughly beating a Raiders team that came into D.C. as favorites. Very impressive.
10

Minnesota Vikings 2-1

Last week: W, 34-17 vs. TB
Last rank: 16th

Minnesota got 369 yards and three touchdowns from Case Keenum. If that keeps happening, the Vikings are in good shape.
9

Oakland Raiders 2-1

Last week: X, XX-XX at WSH
Last rank: 5th

Oakland has to go back to the drawing board after what was a complete beating against the Redskins. This week? A visit to Denver.
8

Pittsburgh Steelers 2-1

Last week: X, 23-17 (OT) at CHI
Last rank: 3rd

This is a horrendous loss. Pittsburgh couldn’t move the ball well enough on offense, and had pair of costly turnovers. The Steelers are always good for one loss like this every season.
7

Philadelphia Eagles 2-1

Last week: X, 24-21 vs. NYG
Last rank: 15th

Nothing starts off a nice week like beating your biggest rival on a 61-yard field goal as time expires. The Eagles get a huge win and have to be feeling great.
6

Tennessee Titans 2-1

Last week: W, 33-27 vs. SEA
Last rank: 13th

Give the Titans a round of applause for hanging 33 points on the Seahawks. Tennessee looks to be the class of the division.
5

Dallas Cowboys 1-1

Last week: W, 28-17 at AZ
Last rank: 10th

Dallas finally got back to pounding the ball and occasional big pays from Dak Prescott in the second half. The result is a share of first place in the NFC East.
4

Green Bay Packers 2-1

Last week: W, 27-24 (OT) vs. CIN
Last rank: 6th

After looking like they would lose for most of the evening, Green Bay stormed back and stole a game. Now, the Packers get to host the Bears in a few nights.
3

New England Patriots 2-1

Last week: W, 36-33 vs. HOU
Last rank: 4th

The Patriots are living on the edge, but they got a huge comeback win from Tom Brady and Co. Suddenly, the sun is shining again in Foxborough.
2

Kansas City Chiefs 2-0

Last week: W, 24-10 at LAC
Last rank: 2nd

Kansas City is leading the league in penalties, but somehow surviving. How you ask? Kareem Hunt looks like the second coming of Jim Brown.
1

Atlanta Falcons 3-0

Last week: W, 30-26 at DET
Last rank: 1st

The Falcons just keep rolling, albeit by the collective skin of their teeth last weekend. Right now, Atlanta is the NFC’s best team.
