Mason Rudolph

Quarterback, Oklahoma State

The Buffalo Bills are off to a 2-1 start this season, after beating the Denver Broncos pretty soundly this past weekend. Quarterback Tyrod Taylor is such a talented NFL player, but the team has been weary of committing to him in the long-term. That scares me, and it leads me to believe that they could be in the market for a new signal-caller in a draft class that is loaded with them.

One name that is not always mentioned with the Sam Darnolds and Josh Rosens of the world is Mason Rudolph, though he should be. Rudolph is an NFL-ready quarterback, who is a better person off the field, as he is a player on it. He has turned the Oklahoma State offense into a juggernaut, and will head to the NFL with incredible experience under his belt.

The Bills will pick twice in the first round, so they can afford to take a chance on a quarterback. Some like Rudolph even more than the other quarterbacks in this draft class in the short-term, as he may yield the earliest returns. Rudolph may be the best decision maker in this draft class, and in the AFC East, you have to take care of the ball if you are ever to challenge the mighty New England Patriots.
