James Washington

Wide Receiver, Oklahoma State

The Buffalo Bills will pick twice in the first round in April, thanks to the trade they made with the Kansas City Chiefs during the 2017 NFL Draft. Maybe the Chiefs knew they would be one of the best teams in the league this season, and giving up a late first rounder for what turned out to be Patrick Mahomes II was the right play. Either way, the Bills are going to get better with two first rounders, and they should stay with the Oklahoma State theme with pick two.

James Washington is one of the more exciting players in college football, and could be the most NFL-ready wide receiver this draft class has to offer. Not only does he go over the middle, but he can burn defensive backs with the go-route, making him so hard to defend. He is a big reason why the Cowboys have one of the best offensive units in college football this season.

The Bills need help on offense, as the team has been led by their running back, LeSean McCoy over the past few seasons. They also said goodbye to Sammy Watkins and Robert Woods this offseason, so they definitely need some more depth at the wide receiver position. Washington would be explosive for the Bills, and if they do get Mason Rudolph a couple of picks before, they will have brought in arguably the best tandem in the Big 12.
