2. Pittsburgh Steelers at Baltimore Ravens

Anytime there’s a Ravens-Steelers game you know it’s going to be one of the best games of the week. It’s a rivalry that’s barely 20 years old, but rich in history. These two teams absolutely hate each other and that’s made it one of the best rivalries in all of sports. Twelve of the last 18 games have been decided by three points or less, what more could you ask for?

The Steelers are still the most talented team in the AFC, but haven’t played up to those expectations. The big three of Ben Roethlisberger, Antonio Brown and Le’Veon Bell have been sluggish and not the offensive firepower that many teams were supposed to fear. It seems like the complete opposite at times as Le’Veon Bell still looks like he’s in training camp mode. This trio will need to get things going if the Steelers want to be legitimate contenders in the AFC this year.

For the Ravens, we still don’t know who they are. They started 2-0 against two struggling Ohio teams and then went to London and were embarrassed. The Ravens are hoping that was a fluke and that the time and travel of an international game was the main issue. If not, this team could be in trouble. Injuries continue to plague the Ravens every week and at some point, they won’t be able to sustain them. They have a chance to start 3-0 in the division and make a statement with a win against their rivals.

Heading into Sunday, there are huge implications for both teams. The Ravens and Steelers are coming off upset losses and need to bounce back. The winner of this game will sit alone atop the AFC North for now. It’s going to feel like a playoff atmosphere, even this early in the season. This will be another close one as the Steelers come away with the win in Baltimore.

This will be another close one, but we think the Steelers come away with the win in Baltimore.
