Watch The Orville season 1, episode 4 online
Will The Orville literally crash and burn this Thursday? Here’s how you can watch season 1, episode 4 live, on TV and online.
The fourth episode of The Orville might involve the titular starship literally wrecking as they deal with a wayward fellow vessel. That’s the hurdle Seth MacFarlane has set for Captain Ed and his crew this week, and it won’t be easy because T-Bag is in the house (on the bridge?).
Season 1, episode 4 is called “If The Stars Should Appear” and features a guest appearance from Robert Knepper, who played fan favorite T-Bag in FOX‘s Prison Break. We don’t know if his role in The Orville season 1 will be as villainous or unhinged as T-Bag, but Knepper’s presence will surely make this episode more interesting.
While Ed (Seth MacFarlane) leads a team to save the adrift ship from ramming into a star, some of his crew members have to use their wiles to assist a third vessel under attack by the show’s alien enemies. So you can’t say The Orville season 1 doesn’t have enough going on in it, because there’s one ship on a collision course, another under attack, and the third short-handed trying to help the first two.
Remember that The Orville season 1 starts again this week at 9:01 p.m. ET, so if you’re setting your DVR, make sure that it’s adjusted for the late start time.
Here’s how FOX officially describes the episode:
"Ed and the Orville crew encounter a massive vessel adrift in space, which is in danger of colliding with a star. While some of the crew set out to help the ship’s inhabitants, Bortus, Gordon, and John stay behind and fend off a Krill attack on another Union ship."
