The Illinois Fighting Illini will host the Nebraska Cornhuskers on Friday night in Week 5. Here is how to watch this Big Ten West rivalry game online.

We’ve got a Big Ten West rivalry game on tap for your enjoyment on Friday night. Meeting on the gridiron will be the Nebraska Cornhuskers (2-2) and the Illinois Fighting Illini (2-1).

Kickoff from Memorial Stadium in Champaign will be at 8:00 p.m. ET on September 29. FS1 will have the broadcast. The available live streams can be found on FOX Sports Go and on FuboTV.

Nebraska enters play at 2-2 (1-0) on the season. The Cornhuskers’ two wins are over the Arkansas State Red Wolves and a conference win over the Rutgers Scarlet Knights. Nebraska’s two losses are on the road to the Oregon Ducks and the Northern Illinois Huskies.

Illinois enters play at 2-1 (0-0) on the season. The Fighting Illini have two wins this season over the Ball State Cardinals and the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers. However, they suffered their first loss on the season to the ranked South Florida Bulls in Tampa. This will be Illinois’ first Big Ten game of the season.

Though the Wisconsin Badgers are expected to be the runaway favorite in the Big Ten West, both teams could see themselves as either challengers or at least spoilers in their Big Ten division. Getting a win on Friday night in Champaign would be a great way for either school to close out their September slate.
