The Arizona State Sun Devils face the Stanford Cardinal on Saturday, Sept. 30 in college football, and here’s all the info you need to watch.
It was a magical game last week for the Arizona State Sun Devils. After a paltry start to the 2017 college football season, they rebounded with a massive upset over Oregon. Now they enter Week 5 of the campaign with another upset in mind. They’ll have to be on their games if they want to go on the road an knock off the Stanford Cardinal.
The Cardinal have seen a brutal schedule to start the season, and have a 2-2 record as a result. However, they may have found a real answer with K.J. Costello stepping in at quarterback. He was fantastic in beating UCLA last week. Flanked by Bryce Love, an emerging Heisman candidate, this Cardinal team could be hitting their stride.
As for Arizona State, they have a ton of talent, none more high-profile than Kalen Ballage. With Manny Wilkins also in the fold at quarterback, they’re a dangerous team. The key, however, will be for their defense to come up with big stops like they did against Oregon a week ago.
