Juventus and Napoli are the only Serie A teams to start the season with perfect records. The Turin side have scored 18 goals in their first six games, allowing only three. Atalanta are ninth in the table with eight points.

Offensively, Atalanta have had a strong start to the season. Atalanta’s 10 goals are tied for sixth most in Serie A. Papu Gomez and Andrea Petagna have combined for five goals and three assists. However, their chances against a strong Juventus defense that has allowed only three goals will be limited.

After losing their first Champions League game, Juventus bounced back with a 2-0 win against Greek champions Olympiacos. Paulo Dybala has been incredible this season for the defending champions. The Argentina striker has taken a massive step forward and emerged as the best player in Serie A. Dybala has scored 12 goals for Juventus in all competitions this season. Atalanta’s back three will be tested by Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain leading the Juventus attack.

Massimiliano Allegri is still trying to find a regular replacement for Leonardo Bonucci. Allegri has started Daniele Rugani, Medhi Benatia, Andrea Barzagli next to Giorgio Chiellini but has yet to settle on a first-choice player yet. Juventus’ center-back pairing could get even more interesting when Benedikt Howedes returns from injury. The former Schalke captain was signed before the transfer window closed.
