How will Outlander season 3 move on after last week’s shocking death? Here’s how you can watch season 3, episode 4 live, on TV and online.
After Outlander season 3 surprised fans by killing off a main character, the Starz series now has to deal with the aftermath this week. So how can you see what happens next?
Season 3, episode 4 is called “Of Lost Things,” and that’s an apt title considering that Claire Randall (Caitriona Balfe) is now having to deal with the loss of her husband Frank Randall (Tobias Menzies) after last week’s fatal accident. While Frank’s death was also part of the Outlander novels, that didn’t make it any less surprising when the tragic moment finally happened in Outlander season 3.
And while killing Frank clears the way for a reunion between Claire and Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan), Jamie himself is still lost in the past, so Claire will have to find him first. Could trying to have everything lead her to wind up with nothing? Fans will have to see how much further angst the series piles on to Claire in this week’s episode of Outlander.
Here’s how Starz officially describes the episode:
"While serving as a groomsman at Helwater, Jamie is pulled into the intrigue of the British family. In 1968, Claire, Brianna and Roger struggle to trace Jamie’s whereabouts, leaving Claire to wonder if they will ever find him."
