The Houston Texans may finally have found their man in Deshaun Watson, who lit up the Tennessee Titans for 57 points in a virtuoso performance.
For those who don’t know, these rankings are calculated using a combination of past performance, current play and projected showing in the future.

32. DeShone Kizer (Prev: 31)
Kizer might end up being a good player, but he’s flat-out bad at the moment. The second-round pick has thrown for 764 yards with three touchdowns and eight interceptions. It’s been ugly.
31. Blake Bortles (Prev: 28)
At what point does Doug Marrone start Chad Henne? Bortles went 15-of-35 for 140 yards and an interception against the Jets. Turn out the lights, folks.
30. EJ Manuel (Prev: NA)
Manuel was bad in his time with the Bills, playing in 28 games and throwing 19 touchdowns against 15 interceptions. Manuel is a decent backup, but he’s a far cry from Derek Carr.
29. Mitch Trubisky (Prev: NA)
The Bears made the right move putting Trubisky in, who looked good in the preseason. Mike Glennon was already a sunk cost after starting only four games.
28. Jacoby Brissett (Prev: 30)
Brissett is a typical backup. He’s hitting on less than 60 percent of his throws and has only a pair of touchdowns. The Colts are counting the seconds until Andrew Luck returns.
27. Case Keenum (Prev: 29)
Keenum threw for 369 yards and three touchdowns a week ago in a win over the Buccaneers. This week, we saw the real Keenum. The veteran went 16-of-30 for 219 yards without a score. Minnesota will need better to win.
