The Boston Red Sox need a win to stay alive against the Houston Astros. Here’s everything you need to know to watch Game 3 of the ALDS on TV and online.
The Boston Red Sox find themselves in a do or die situation heading into Sunday’s ALDS Game 3 against the Houston Astros. The Red Sox are down two games in the best of five series and a loss will send them packing while the Astros move on to the American League Championship Series against either the Indians or the Yankees. The Red Sox are hoping that a return to Fenway will turn things around for them.
It hasn’t been an easy road in the postseason for the Red Sox, who lost Game 1 and Game 2 to the Houston Astros with a score of 8-2. Houston came to play in Game 2 when Carlos Correa had a 4-RBI showing that included his two-run home run and a two-run double.
Starting pitchers for Game 3 include right handed pitcher Brad Peacock (13-2, 3.00 ERA, 161K) on the mound for the Astros while Doug Fister (RHP, 5-9, 488 ERA, 83K) has the start for the Red Sox.
