USA’s hit show Mr. Robot is back for its third season, which looks to be its darkest one yet. Here’s how to watch the premiere online.

When Mr. Robot first premiered in 2015, it received critical acclaim for its storyline and actors. But while season 1 felt like a rehash of Fight Club, season 2 came into its own and really excelled. Rami Malek’s excellent performance earned himself an Emmy win after season 1, but the supporting cast is what holds everything together.

After being paranoid all season long, it was revealed that Tyrell was actually alive the whole time. Through Mr. Robot, or Elliot’s Tyler Durden, the two of them schemed to blow up an E Corp building. But after an intense verbal confrontation, Tyrell shot Elliot before calling Angela, who appeared to be in on the whole plot.

The season 3 premiere should deal mainly with the aftermath of last season’s finale. While Elliot will get most of the focus, we should see a fair amount of Darlene, who just found out what his brother’s been up to this whole time, courtesy of the FBI.

Here’s the synopsis for “Eps3.0_Power-Saver-Mode.H”, according to TV Guide:

"In the Season 3 premiere, Elliot gets woke and realizes that his mission needs help from Angela. In other events, Darlene freaks about them coming out clean."

While Malek would deserve another Emmy, it’d be great to see some of the supporting actors get some recognition as well. This could be a breakout season for Whiterose, Tyrell and Darlene in particular.
