The Kansas City Chiefs are undefeated, while the San Francisco 49ers, Cleveland Browns and New York Giants are winless. Does anything change this week?

Philadelphia Eagles at Carolina Panthers (-3.5)

Most Thursday night games are awful, but this is an exception. The Eagles (4-1) and Panthers (4-1) are both playoff teams, fighting for potential seeding down the line. The margin of separation is slim here, but give me Carson Wentz over Cam Newton. Wentz is becoming a star.

Pick: Philadelphia 23, Carolina 20

Chicago Bears at Baltimore Ravens (-7)

This game is going to be an affront to offense. The Bears (1-4) are interesting because of Mitchell Trubisky, while the Ravens (3-2) are intriguing because the AFC North is a quagmire. Still, Baltimore is easily the better team here.

Pick: Baltimore 19, Chicago 13

Cleveland Browns at Houston Texans (-11)

The Texans (2-3) are going to get right here. The Browns (0-5) are a rancid disgrace of a franchise. How do you bench DeShone Kizer after four games? You either ride with him all season, or you never start him in the first place. Kevin Hogan isn’t the answer. Even Kevin Hogan knows that. These types of lukewarm decisions are why the Browns are a mess.

Pick: Houston 27, Cleveland 14
