It’s already Week 6 of the NFL season. One of the best games on the slate this week didn’t look to be the case at the start of the year, but here we are. The game we’re talking about of course is the late Sunday afternoon affair between the Los Angeles Rams (3-2) and the Jacksonville Jaguars (3-2). Kickoff from EverBank Field in Jacksonville will be at 4:05 p.m. ET on Oct. 15.
Los Angeles enters play at 3-2 on the year. The Rams have wins over the Indianapolis Colts, the San Francisco 49ers and the Dallas Cowboys. They have come up short twice against the Washington Redskins and the Seattle Seahawks. Both of those losses came at home for the Rams. It does seem that Los Angeles has a franchise quarterback in second-year pro Jared Goff.
Jacksonville enters play at 3-2 on the year. The Jaguars have three blowout wins on the year over the Houston Texans, the Baltimore Ravens and the Pittsburgh Steelers. They have a tough loss in AFC South play to the Tennessee Titans, as well as an overtime loss to the New York Jets.
