The Oregon Ducks face the Stanford Cardinal on Saturday, Oct. 14 in college football Week 7, and here’s all the info you need to watch.

Early in the season, it looked like the Oregon Ducks might well be back with the arrival of Willie Taggart. However, things have taken a bad turn due to injuries, specifically to Justin Herbert at quarterback. With that said, they still have plenty of talent. And that makes them dangerous against the Stanford Cardinal as they travel to Palo Alto.

Royce Freeman is still very much in the mix for Oregon, and he’s exceptionally dangerous. He’s going to need to carry the Ducks offense to this point with Herbert still out. They still have firepower, it’ll just take a special effort to get it done.

As for Stanford, they’ve been led by Bryce Love, who’s emerged as a viable Heisman Trophy candidate. David Shaw’s team has seen their ups and downs, but they have the talent to beat just about any team in the country when at their best.

Stanford are favored by 10 points at most books, which isn’t hard to imagine given the injury struggles of Oregon and while playing at home. You can check out the full odds and more for this game on Sportsbook Review.

This could be a game full of explosive plays given the running backs involved. Stanford should have the overall edge, but the Pac-12 has been wild to this point. Thus, it’d be unwise to count Oregon out.
