16. Cam Newton (Prev: 15)

Newton was terrible against the Eagles, throwing three interceptions for the second time this season. This has to stop for the Panthers to be a real contender in the NFC.

15. Marcus Mariota (Prev: NA)

Mariota is playing hurt, and so he deserves some points for toughness. Still, the Titans need to get more from the quarterback position. This ranking is both hopeful that happens, as the NFL awaits for his ascension into stardom.

14. Jared Goff (Prev: 14)

Goff was nothing special against the Jaguars, but he’s been solid all year. After looking horrid as a  rookie, the former first-overall pick has 1,484 yards and eight touchdowns against three interceptions on the year. Not bad for the kid.

13. Derek Carr (Prev: 13)

Carr, much like Mariota, is getting the benefit of the doubt. In five games, Carr has 924 yards with eight touchdowns and four interceptions. The Raiders are 2-4 and while Carr isn’t the chief reason for that, he hasn’t done much to help either.
