Bayern Munich and Celtic enter the third game of the Champions League group stage with three points. Both teams beat Anderlecht and lost to Paris Saint-Germain in their first two games.

Following the loss to PSG, Bayern decided to change managers. Carlo Ancelotti was replaced by Jupp Heyneckes who won his first game back with Bayern 5-0 against Freiburg. The last time Heyneckes was in charge of the German champions, he led the club to the treble. Bayern will lean on Robert Lewandowski to provide the offense. The Polish striker has 12 goals for Bayern in all competitions. However, Bayern does not have another player with more than two goals. Injuries continue to be a problem for Bayern, who will be without Manuel Neuer, Franck Ribery, Juan Bernat, Arturo Vidal and Javi Martinez.
Celtic are first in the Scottish Premier League with 23 points. Scott Sinclair leads the club with 10 goals in all competitions but Celtic are going to need a big game from Moussa Dembélé. The French striker had a breakout last season with Celtic, scoring 32 goals in all competitions but has gotten off to a slow start this season after suffering a hamstring injury before the season started.
