Bulls at Raptors live stream: How to watch online
By Adam Stocker
The Toronto Raptors (0-0) will host the Chicago Bulls (0-0) on Thursday night. Here is how to watch this NBA game online.
The Toronto Raptors and Chicago Bulls seasons tips off on Thursday, Oct. 19, from the Air Canada Centre at 7:30 p.m. ET. Canadians can watch the game on TSN, while fans in the Chicago area can watch the game on NBCSCH. NBA League Pass and FuboTV will have live streams available.
The Raptors finished last season with 51-31 record, losing in the second round of the playoffs to the Cleveland Cavaliers. Toronto executive Masai Ujiri made several changes to his roster, in an attempt to close the gap on Boston and Cleveland. The Raptors extended Kyle Lowry, Norm Powell, and Serge Ibaka, and signed C.J. Miles who will likely start at forward.
In order to create cap space, Toronto traded DeMarre Carroll to Brooklyn and Cory Joseph to Indiana. While Toronto will continue to have a strong starting five, led by the high scoring guard combo of Lowry and DeMar DeRozan, the team has questions about its bench. The Raptors lost Patrick Patterson in free agency and will rely on former first-round pick Delon Wright to pick up Joseph’s minutes as the backup point guard.
Chicago finished the season with a 41-41 record, losing in the first round to Boston. Gar Forman made significant changes to his roster, trading Jimmy Butler to Minnesota bought out Dwyane Wade and waived Rajon Rondo. In exchange for Butler, the Bulls received Kris Dunn, seventh overall pick Lauri Markkanen and Zach LaVine, who will miss the start of the season recovering from a torn ACL. Chicago will rely on former first-round picks Cameron Payne, Denzel Valentine, Jerian Grant and Bobby Portis to play roles in the Bulls’ rotation.
