Carolina Panthers (-3) at Chicago Bears

This could come down to the wire. The Bears (2-4) have played everyone tough at home, including a win over the Steelers. Meanwhile, the Panthers (4-2) have been a bit topsy-turvy, with Cam Newton alternating good and bad performances. Still, take the better team.

Pick: Carolina 22, Chicago 20

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Buffalo Bills (NO LINE)

With or without Jameis Winston, the Buccaneers (2-3) simply have to start playing better football in all phases. This is a tough spot, with the Bills (3-2) both playing excellent defense and coming off a bye at home.

Pick: Buffalo 19, Tampa Bay 16

New Orleans Saints (-5.5) at Green Bay Packers

Without Aaron Rodgers, the Packers (4-2) are maybe a five-win team for a full season. On the other hand, the Saints (3-2) are playing good football behind a solid defense and a punishing tandem in the backfield of Alvin Kamara and Mark Ingram.

Pick: New Orleans 28, Green Bay 17

Jacksonville Jaguars (-3) at Indianapolis Colts

If Blake Bortles doesn’t do his best to lose, the Jaguars (3-3) find a way to beat the listless Colts (2-4).

Pick: Jacksonville 23, Indianapolis 16

Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Rams (-3)

London is calling again, and the Rams (4-2) should be picking up the phone, and the win. The Cardinals (3-3) were impressive against Tampa Bay last weekend, but have generally looked old and overmatched.

Pick: Los Angeles 27, Arizona 22
