76ers at Raptors live stream: How to watch online
By Adam Stocker
The Toronto Raptors (1-0) will host the Philadelphia 76ers (0-2) on Saturday night. Here is how to watch this NBA game online.
The Toronto Raptors opened their season with a 117-100 home win against the Chicago Bulls. On Saturday night, they host the Philadelphia 76ers, who play their second leg in a back to back. Friday night, Philadelphia lost 102-92 to the Boston Celtics. In their season opener, the 76ers lost 120-115 to the Washington Wizards. Fans in Canada can watch the game on SN1, while fans in the Philadelphia area can watch it on NBCSP.
The Raptors built up a 21 point halftime lead that allowed them to rest starters against a weaker Chicago team. Six different Raptors scored at least 10 points, with Jonas Valanciunas leading the team with 23 points and 15 rebounds. Newcomer CJ Miles had a strong debut for Toronto, scoring 22 points and will likely be matched up against Ben Simmons defensively on Saturday.
In their first two games, the 76ers have been led by their young core of high draft picks. Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid have double-doubles in both games this season. However, first overall pick Markelle Fultz has struggled to start his career. Fultz has come off of the bench, backing up Jarryd Bayless this season. J.J. Redick led Philadelphia in scoring against Boston, while Robert Covington scored a team-high 29 against Washington. Jalil Okafor has missed both games this season with an illness and his status is unclear going into Saturday’s game.
