The Boston College Eagles face the Virginia Cavaliers on Saturday, Oct. 21 in college football action. Here is all the info you need to watch.
Whenever Bronco Mendenhall took over as head coach of the Virginia Cavaliers, it was a big get. However, the results haven’t exactly been spilling over in recent years. That’s all changing now, though. Now UVA is heading into Week 8 of the 2017 college football season at 5-1 and looking for their sixth win as they face Boston College.
Led by quarterback Kurt Benkert, this Virginia team is tremendously talented throughout. Mendenhall may not have a slew of NFL-level talents on the team, but with a solid offense and a good defense led by linebacker Micah Kizer, this is a team that can just flat out get it done.
Sitting at 3-4, the same can’t be said of Boston College. Even still, this is a team with real talent and potential, as they showed in knocking off Louisville a week ago. They’d love to repeat that effort, but will need Harold Landry and the defense to rise up if that’s to happen.
