Just when you think you’ve seen Lee Corso do everything on College GameDay, he does something you’ve never seen before, unless it was at a concert.

Have you ever seen a septuagenarian go crowd surfing before? I’m willing to bet you’ve never seen someone aged 70 or older do that before. But if you watched College GameDay on Saturday morning from State College in Pennsylvania, you saw just that.

The Sunshine Scooter himself, Lee Corso, crowd surfed, like he was a 20-year-old at a rock concert in a moment that proves yet again that Corso may be in his 70s but he still has the heart and the spirit of a man 1/3 of his age.

Check out the video of Corso crowd surfing below, courtesy of College GameDay.

What a great tradition that is for Penn State. Now how many of you watching this at home or just seeing this for the first time would love to go crowd surfing like this?

I have to admit, I would be a little nervous about having that sea of hands touching me, but then again, it would be pretty neat to feel like you’re floating above the land and having a sense of freedom like a bird in flight. Okay, that may be a stretch, but kudos to Corso and I don’t think he even got his suit wrinkled in the process.

Next: College football games of the week

Corso and GameDay were in State College for the Nittany Lions game against the Michigan Wolverines. The Big Ten showdown has major ramifications for both teams. First, Penn State is looking to avenge last year’s 39-point loss and remain undefeated with a win tonight. A loss puts a major dent in their playoff resume. Meanwhile, a loss for Michigan officially ends their slim playoff hopes and sets them up for a fourth-place finish in the Big Ten east division, which would be completely disappointing for the Michigan faithful.

Make sure you tune in at 7:30 p.m. EST on ABC to watch the game to see if you see anything as cool as Corso crowd surfing.
