Golden State enters play at 1-1 on the season. The Warriors lost their home opener on Tuesday night to the Houston Rockets, 122-121. The Warriors are the presumptive favorite to win the Western Conference and the NBA Finals.
Memphis won their first game of the season at home over the division rival Pelicans on Wednesday night, 103-91. The Grizzlies will be well rested to take on Golden State coming off a back-to-back. Memphis will be in the mix for a playoff spot in the Western Conference, but aren’t a championship caliber team anymore with their current corps.
