As we move into Week 7, fantasy players need to make that playoff push. Picking a well-timed sleeper WR play could be huge to winning this weeks matchup.

Part of writing this article every week is going to be accountability. If you can’t trust the advice coming from this, it doesn’t help you at all. The hope is every receiver that is recommended hits at least 50 yards or scores a touchdown. It would be nice if that player had 5 or more receptions but it’s hard to get too picky. We’ll just give a quick rundown of the previous week to see if the player was a hit or miss. Ideally, at least 5 players or more hit every week.

Week 6 plays-receptions, yards, TDs

8. Adam Humphries – 6/51/0 – Hit
7. Josh Doctson – 1/11/1 – Hit, barely
6. John Brown – 3/61/1 – Hit

It was a bit of a mixed bag in Week 6 as we hit five out of ten. Week 7 only has two teams on a bye although the two teams are the Lions and the Texans. Owners will be missing some high-end receiversĀ and there are enough bad matchups around the league that sleepers will be needed.

10. Cole Beasley, Dallas Cowboys

The last game we saw Beasley play in was Week 5 and he scored two touchdowns against the Green Bay Packers. The yardage may not have been there but the 49ers run a ton of plays. That also leads to their opposition to run a ton of plays. Even though Dallas loves to run the ball, there will still be plenty of time to get Beasley some work.

The San Francisco defense will have their hands full with Dez Bryant and stopping Ezekiel Elliott. Beasley will have the opportunity for some one on one coverage. Even though the 49ers will likely start rookie C.J. Bethard at quarterback it’s likely the 49ers can keep the game close. Dallas should still be throwing the ball into the fourth quarter. Beasley doesn’t have a super high ceiling but should be relatively safe.
