The Houston Rockets will host the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday night. Here is how to watch this Southwest Division rivalry game online via live streaming.

The NBA is back this week. There will be eight games on the schedule for your enjoyment on Monday night. One of those games will be between a pair of Southwest Division rivals in the Memphis Grizzlies (2-0) and the Houston Rockets (3-0).

Tipoff from the Toyota Center in Houston will be at 8:00 p.m. ET on Oct. 23. FOX Sports Southeast will carry the Grizzlies telecast in the Greater Memphis area. AT&T SportsNet Southwest will carry the Rockets telecast in the Greater Houston area. The available live streams for this game can be found on NBA League Pass and on FuboTV.

Memphis enters play at 2-0 on the season. The Grizzlies have won their first two games of the season over the division rival New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday night and the defending NBA champion Golden State Warriors on Saturday night. Memphis will be in the mix to get a Western Conference playoff berth again this season.

Houston enters play at 3-0 on the season. The Rockets have wins over the Warriors, the Sacramento Kings and the division rival Dallas Mavericks en route to a 3-0 start. Houston looks to be one of the best teams in the Western Conference this year. Though not a deep team, it is a group that can win multiple playoff series this spring.

According to SportsBook Review, the Rockets will be laying 7.5 points at home to the visiting Grizzlies. The associated moneylines for this game are Houston -300 and Memphis +250. This game’s over/under comes in at a combined 212.5 points.

Given that this is a rivalry game between two teams that are still undefeated a week into the season, let’s take the Grizzlies getting points in a very close ball game. Not to say that Memphis will be able to knock off the Rockets in Houston, but do look for the Grizzlies to cover the 7.5-point spread.

It’s interesting to see two teams meet each other in the first week of the season with wins over Golden State already. The Warriors haven’t played up to standard this season so far, but two of the best teams out of the gate have been Houston and Memphis. This should be one of the better games on the schedule Monday night in the NBA for sure.
