Former Suns assistant coach Mehmet Okur lashed out on social media after he was abruptly fired this weekend.

Okur, who was part of the Phoenix Suns coaching purge along with two other assistants and head coach Earl Watson, posted an epic tirade on Instagram.

Okur became part of the Suns player development team in 2016 after nearly a decade as an NBA stretch big man, most notably with the Utah Jazz. His successful playing career did not translate to success in coaching as the Suns limped to an 0-3 start.

The Turkish big man let his feeling be known about management and his firing in a since-deleted post.

Luckily, we have the technology to see what it said:

Okur pulled some letters but he didn’t pull any punches when he seemingly referred to the Suns front office as, “little s…” and “MFS.” The image was removed and has since been replaced with an updated caption that says only “Family” with a pair of emojis.

One thing that couldn’t be deleted are the hundreds of screenshots that have likely already been taken. But aside from the censored ramblings of a disgruntled ex-employee, the biggest story comes from someone still currently employed by the Suns: Eric Bledsoe.

The talented point guard, who recently voiced his displeasure with the Suns on Twitter, liked Okur’s Instagram post. That action would lead you to believe that Bledsoe at least harbors some of the same ill will Okur has, right?

Despite Bledsoe reportedly telling his bosses that his tweet was in reference to a tedious hair salon excursion, the latest social media interaction sure seems like something a frustrated player would do.

The Suns are now looking to ship Bledsoe away, Okur is looking for his next opportunity, the Suns have promoted assistant Jay Triano to head coach, and Suns fans have crowd-sourced a #SarverOut billboard.

All-in-all not a good week for anyone in Phoenix.
