College Football Picks Against The Spread October 26-27, 2017
My college football pick em points were up to 43 last week, which was the best since Week 4. Thankfully the spread picks have been doing a little better this year! Through seven weeks, I am at 196-170 with a net total of 76 betting points. Let’s add to that!

For those of you that are new here, I put myself out there every week. For the last six years, I have picked every single college football game. Sounds easy, right? I thought so too. So I have picked them all against the spread. That significantly increases the degree of difficulty.
I take the average of the odds from the six major Vegas casinos and round that to the nearest half point. There will be no ties here. Ties are for the other football.
Some site will sell you top ten picks for a fee. Some will even give you a couple of free picks to lure you in. This is every game picked, all for free.
This contains the picks for FBS vs. FBS games only. It is too hard to get an accurate spread on games that involve 1-AA teams.
I will assign a point value “bet” on each game, between one and five points. That way you can see just how confident I am in each pick. Look for those at the end of each line.
I cannot be responsible for you losing any of your worldly possessions, significant others, or limbs to a loan shark. This is for entertainment purposes only! I am a simple person. I cannot have that on my conscience.
We have another full 56 game week. Only Central Florida is slumming in FCS this week. We have 55 FBS vs. FBS matchups!. Seven of those take place before our Saturday extravaganza. Let’s get to the early picks!
Eastern Michigan at Northern Illinois(-7.5)(3): Too many by at least that half. This stays a one score game. In fact, I could see the Eagles winning outright. Give me EMU.
Toledo(-25.5) at Ball State(2): Wow, that’s a lot of points. Ball State is the worst team in the MAC, but this line is all over the place. It ranges from -24.5 to -27.5. This kind of play in a line always makes me nervous, but there is no way I can take Ball State right now. All I can do it lower the bet. Give me Toledo.
South Alabama(-1.5) at Georgia State(1): Both of the Georgia Sun Belt teams burned me last week. Give me the Jags.
(20)Stanford(-20.5) at Oregon State(2): Oregon State played well in the first game post Gary Anderson, but Colorado doesn’t have anyone near the ability of Bryce Love. Give me the Cardinal.
Tulane at (24)Memphis(-10.5)(2): This looks a bit high. Tulane has been pesky and hanging around everyone in the American. They nearly stole one from South Florida when they stopped paying attention. I have to think the Wave can hand around here. Give me Tulane.
Florida State(-3.5) at Boston College(5): I’m not drinking this Kool Aid anymore. The Eagles just beat the Louisville team that went into Tallahassee and beat FSU last week two weeks ago. Oh, and Boston College is at home. BC straight up for my first non-Saturday five point game!
Tulsa at SMU(-9.5)(4): D’Angelo Brewer is likely out for this game, which means Tulsa has no chance. If Brewer plays I’m switching the pick, but as it stands now, I’m taking the Ponies.
