The Florida State Seminoles hope to get back on track Friday against Boston College, and those looking for live stream infor can watch the game online.
The season didn’t end when Florida State quarterback Deondre Francois succumbed to injury in the season opener against Alabama, but it was certainly never the same. Ranked No. 3 in the nation ahead of the marquee matchup in Atlanta, the Seminoles were the clear favorite to win the ACC and represent the league in the College Football Playoff. Without Francois, the Noles have lost three close games, including a 31-28 Los to Louisville at home Saturday, and merely survived in two others. As a result, the focus has changed from breaking into the CFP to simply qualifying for a bowl game.
But a postseason spot is far from guaranteed, and Friday’s trip to Chestnut Hill to take on Boston College will be difficult. The Eagles, like the Seminoles, are 2-3 in ACC play. However, BC’s two conference victories have been rather impressive. Long seen as a tough-nosed defensive program with an anemic offense, Boston College relied heavily on a pair o playmaking freshmen – Running back A.J. Dillon and QB Anthony Brown to beat Louisville 45-42 two weeks ago and drub Virginia 41-10 Saturday.

Of course, Florida State is the more talented team from top to bottom, which is why the Seminoles enter the game as a 3.5-point favorite according to most online odds makers. More information is available for this matchup from SportsBook Review.

Florida State has missed Francois, but quarterback James Blackman is getting more comfortable in the offense, and he has fellow freshman standout Cam Akers to rely on offensively. And with a star-studded defense headlined by All-American candidate Derwin James, Blackman and the Seminoles are capable of a strong finish to the season.
