Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Detroit Lions live stream: How to watch
By Brad Weiss
In a Sunday Night Football matchup, the Detroit Lions will play host to the Pittsburgh Steelers inside Ford Field in Week 8 action.
The Detroit Lions will take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in primetime in Week 8, as they play host the AFC North leader on Sunday Night Football. Detroit is coming off a bye heading into the contest, so they have had two weeks to prepare for one of the more explosive offenses in the AFC. The Steelers are starting to peak, and running back Le’Veon Bell looks to be rounding into MVP form as we get deeper into the season.
For the Lions, they have a great opportunity to make a move in the NFC North. The Green Bay Packers lost Aaron Rodgers to a broken collarbone, and the Minnesota Vikings have dealt with their fair share of injuries this season. Matthew Stafford should be ready to go on Sunday night but will have to beat one of the best teams in the AFC if they want to send their fans home happy.

The Steelers looked like world beaters last week, as they destroyed division rival Cincinnati thanks to a huge game by Bell. The Lions were a playoff team last season, so they do have a roster of players who know how to get the job done. Pittsburgh may be too much for the Lions in this one, but with two weeks to prepare, you can be sure head coach Jim Caldwell will have his team ready to go once the lights turn on Sunday night.
