The Los Angeles Lakers (2-2) will host the Toronto Raptors (2-2) on Friday night. Here is how to watch this NBA game online.
The Los Angeles Lakers and Toronto Raptors have both started the season with 2-2 records. On Friday night, the Lakers host the Raptors at Staples Center. Fans in the Los Angeles area can watch the game on SpecSN/D, while fans in Canada can watch the game on SN1. Live streaming is available on NBA League Pass and FuboTV.
Lonzo Ball is the center of attention for the Lakers, thanks in large part to his outspoken father LaVar. So far, Ball is living up to his lofty draft expectations, averaging 11.5 points, nine rebounds, and nine assists. However, Ball has struggled with his shot early in his career, shooting 31.6 percent from the floor. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope leads the Lakers with 17 points per game, while former second overall pick Brandon Ingram has shown improvements in his second season. Kyle Kouzma has continued his strong play after an impressive pre-season. The rookie is averaging 14.5 points and shooting 53.5 percent.
The Raptors have lost two straight games after injuries have hit their frontcourt. Jonas Valanciunas and Lucas Nogueira are both expected to miss Friday’s game with ankle injuries. Serge Ibaka will likely see more minutes at center, with Jakub Poeltl and Pascal Siakim receiving more minutes with Valanciunas and Nogueira out. Los Angeles native DeMar DeRozan leads the Raptors in scoring with 23.3 points per game. After four games, Kyle Lowry has struggled to find his shot. Lowry is shooting 37.5 percent from the field and 27.6 percent from behind the arc.
