Here’s how to watch Saturday’s matchup between the No. 9 Notre Dame Fighting Irish and No. 14 NC State Wolfpack online.

The No. 9 Notre Dame Fighting Irish will have a chance to add to their College Football Playoff resume when they host the No. 14 NC State Wolfpack on Saturday afternoon in South Bend.

Following last year’s miserable 4-8 campaign, Notre Dame entered the season with tempered expectations, and suffered an early-season 20-19 loss to Georgia at home. That defeat now looks much better with the Bulldogs sitting at No. 3, and the Fighting Irish have gone on to enter the playoff discussion with blowout victories over Michigan State and USC.

First-year coordinator Mike Elko has done a terrific job transforming a defensive unit that is allowing 16.4 points per contest after being unable to stop anyone in 2016. Josh Adams is one of the best running backs in college football with 967 yards on 105 attempts, while dual-threat quarterback Brandon Wimbush has 18 total touchdowns to two interceptions.

NC State has also exceeded expectations with a mark of 6-1 to rise all the way up to No. 14 in the AP Poll while taking over the ACC Atlantic lead. A seven-point loss to South Carolina in the opener may come back to haunt the Wolfpack, but NC State has since reeled off six straight wins including triumphs over Louisville and Florida State.

Defensive end Bradley Chubb has been ruining opposing gameplans all season long with 13 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks. Quarterback Ryan Finley has tosses 11 touchdowns without an interception and has a pair of versatile playmakers to work with in running back Nyheim Hines and tight end Jaylen Samuels.
