Wisconsin vs. Illinois live stream: How to watch online
On television and online, here’s how you can watch Saturday’s early kickoff between the Wisconsin Badgers and the Illinois Fighting Illini.
The Wisconsin Badgers have taken care of business so far this season, with a 7-0 record and only two wins by a single-digit margin. The No. 5 team in the country is coming off a 38-13 win over Maryland last Saturday, and they’ll hit the road to take on Illinois this week.
The Fighting Illini have lost five in a row after a 2-0 start, with their most recent setback coming against Minnesota on the road last week.
Lovie Smith seems to have somewhat settled on Jeff George Jr. as his primary quarterback, but Chayce Crouch and Cam Thomas have both been mixed in at times. The old saying about having multiple quarterbacks and not really having one fits in Champaign right now.

Via SportsBook Review, not surprisingly, Wisconsin is nearly a four-touchdown favorite on Saturday. The over-under is 48.5 or 49 depending on the specific betting site, and ESPN’s Matchup Predictor has unsurprisingly given the Badgers a 97.1 percent chance to win.

Conference road games are always tricky, and can be much closer than anyone expects. But Illinois does not have the kind of home field advantage to help overcome the significant talent gap between them and Wisconsin. A strange string of circumstances on the Saturday before Halloween would have to come to foster an upset, but even interference from the ghost of Red Grange will not help the Illini this week.
