Sports Crate, the version of the leading fan-commerce subscription service Loot Crate specifically for sports fans, now has boxes for fans of several NBA franchises.

After launching Sports Crate earlier this year for fans of 10 MLB teams, the brand is celebrating the beginning of the 2017-18 NBA season by offering subscription plans especially for fans of 13 NBA teams.

The baker’s dozen of NBA franchises include the:

  • Boston Celtics
  • Chicago Bulls
  • Cleveland Cavaliers
  • Golden State Warriors
  • Houston Rockets
  • Los Angeles Clippers
  • Los Angeles Lakers
  • Miami Heat
  • Minnesota Timberwolves
  • New York Knicks
  • Oklahoma City Thunder
  • Philadelphia 76ers
  • San Antonio Spurs

Sports Crate intends to add more teams on a rolling basis, something that is has already begun to do to its MLB crate service by making the Houston Astros their 11th MLB team earlier this month.

What is Sports Crate?

Each “crate” is a box full of special apparel, memorabilia and opportunities for experiences that are delivered to subscribers’ doors every month. For example, the first NBA crates will contain new Mitchell & Ness snapbacks which will only be available to subscribers first before they go on sale to the general public later this year.

There are three pricing options. Fans can purchase a single crate just to get a feel for the product starting at $29.99. Fans who are ready to commit for longer periods of time can take advantage of some savings with a 3-month series for $85.50 or a full-season pass at $162.
