LeBron James held his annual Halloween party this weekend and, as usual, he and his teammates went all out. Here we rank the costumes from worst to first.

This weekend was the time for Halloween parties and costumes the Cleveland Cavaliers went big for LeBron’s annual spooky bash.

8. LeBron James as Pennywise

LeBron gets points for recency and accuracy but this costume is a little obvious. He loses major points for the dearth of creativity. I mean, really, how many Pennywises did you see out this weekend? The fact that he’s a 6-foot-9 version isn’t enough to push him past some of the more creative options below.

7. Kevin Love as Sting, J.R. Smith as a Conehead

Nothing about either of these pairings is engaging. If J.R. can do Dan Akroyd impression we’d maybe consider moving them up a spot but since it’s just a photo, here they land.

6. Tristan Thompson as Khal Drogo

Again, docked for obviousness. You’re a massive physical specimen and your wife is a Queen of Dragons and a destroyer of worlds, is there really any other choice?

5. Channing Frye as Blankman

This is an excellent costume. Frye looks the part, it leans on his knowledge of comic books and obscure nerd culture. The costume appears to be extremely accurate. Good job, good effort.

4. Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union as Milli Vanilli

Awesome work here by the Wade/Union family. Bonus points for making sure they had the dance moves down too, really breathing life into the role.

3. Kyle Korver as Willy Wonka

Korver looks incredible. It plays against his real-life personality. Also, he went the extra-mile of rounding up some friends (or randoms from Craigslist) to play his Oompa Loopas.

3. Jae Crowder as Prince Akeem

It plays on nostalgia. Perfect execution. Crowder would be the clear champion if it weren’t for…

1. Isaiah Thomas as Eazy-E

Ladies and gentlemen, we have a champion.
