Ever since the show’s fourth-season finale, The Blacklist has devoted plenty of plot time to a suitcase full of bones.
Unearthed by Mr. Kaplan before her death last season, the suitcase holds plenty of in mystery. It’s clearly important to Reddington, as he and Dembe have been tirelessly searching for it.
It used to be in Tom’s hands, but he lost after a medical expert who was supposed to be examining it disappeared with it.
Moving forward, it will certainly be interesting to see how this part of the plot develops, especially considering Red now knows that Tom is connected to the suitcase in some way after the events of last week’s episode.
