Tottenham lost a tough game to Manchester United over the weekend. They were without Harry Kane and it showed. Their attack was good but without Kane and his fantastic holdup play they looked lost near the final third. Spurs boss Mouricio Pochettino is reportedly hopeful that Kane will be able to play, and boy do they need him. It isn’t even so much his ability to simply hold play up that makes his offense to effective, it’s how he turns on the ball and continues play forward in such effective ways. For Spurs to have a shot, they need Harry Kane.
Real Madrid looked a shell of themselves over the weekend. They’re more than capable of going into Wembley and grabbing three points, but they simply need to stay consistent defensively.
