With two episodes remaining in Marvel’s Inhumans, the Royal Family will finally get a chance to pay back Maximus for what he did to them.
The Royal Family’s extended vacation in Hawaii is finally up. While it seemed to drag on longer than it should’ve, it was an eventful one. There were brief flings, violent encounters with other Inhumans, and ultimately, a death in the family as Gorgon couldn’t make it out alive thanks to Mordis.
The Royal Family already had enough reason to loathe Maximus, but since they knew he unleashed Mordis, they’ll attribute Gorgon’s death to him. Unfortunately for Maximus, he couldn’t take out anyone else. Gorgon may be their best fighter, but everyone is a skilled combatant and has a special gift. And if Black Bolt decides to use his voice, it’s game over.
Maximus told the people of Attilan, after exiling the Family, that Black Bolt and Medusa ran at their greatest time of need. Once they return, he’ll be exposed as a liar and will have more than just the Royal Family as an enemy. It’s hard to see how he’ll overcome this, even with Auran by his side.
