The Ohio State Buckeyes face the Iowa Hawkeyes on Saturday, and here is all the info you need to watch it.

The Ohio State Buckeyes did not get off to the best start to begin their 2017 season. In Week 2, they got blown off of their home field by the Oklahoma Sooners by a score of 31-16. After watching how poorly they played against Oklahoma, we were starting to wonder if maybe we had overrated the Buckeyes. After that loss to Oklahoma, they have just taken off. While they were playing less than stellar opponents, they were absolutely pounding them.

One of the big factors for the Buckeyes turnaround has been the play of quarterback JT Barrett. Since that loss at Oklahoma, he has thrown 22 touchdowns against no interceptions, including three last week in the victory over the Penn State Nittany Lions. On the other side of the ball, Urban Meyer may have the best defensive line in the country. When you don’t have time to throw against these guys, they will make you pay, and Iowa is going to need to find a way to generate some offense to beat the Buckeyes.

Quarterback Nick Stanley has had a great year, throwing for 1,700 yards and 17 touchdowns, while Adrain Wadley has racked up over 640 yards on the ground. While the Buckeyes may have the better record, you can never doubt Kirk Ferentz playing as the underdog, because he will have his team ready to go no matter what.

Iowa will have their hands full as the Buckeyes are coming off of their biggest win of the season. But, coming into Kinnick Stadium could cost the Buckeyes, as it almost gave Penn State their first loss of the year if not for their game-winning touchdown pass. Expect Ohio State to win this game, but Iowa will definitely test those boys from Columbus.
