The Penn State Nittany Lions face the Michigan State Spartans on Saturday, Nov. 4 in college football Week 10, and here’s all the info you need to watch.
Penn State was so close last week. They had the Buckeyes up against the wall in the fourth quarter. Leading by 15, you would have thought that the lead was in good hands. Well, flash forward, and the Nittany Lions are now trying to bounce back from that utter collapse. Penn State has some of of the most talented players in the country, and we are going to find out how truly tough they are coming off of a rough loss.
Penn State is not the only one coming off a loss. Michigan State is coming off a tough loss, as they fell to Northwestern last week in dramatic fashion, falling to them in the third overtime. One thing we are going to find out is which team has a shorter memory, the Mighty Spartans, or the quick Nittany Lions.
Penn State is led by their all world running back, Saquon Barkley. He can literally do everything on a field, whether it is run the ball, catch it or return it, he can do anything you need. He has 800 rushing yards, over 470 yards receiving and is one of the nation’s most dynamic returners. Trace McSorley is one of the top quarterbacks in the country as well, throwing for over 2000 yards and 16 touchdowns. Stopping this offense will not be easy, but if anyone is up to it, you can bet its Mark D’antonio’s boys.
The Michigan State Spartans have never had the flashiest offense, but they will beat you the only way they know how, with a hard nosed defense, and a running gam they will use until you can prove you can stop it, led by LJ Scott, with over 510 yards rushing and four touchdowns.
