Stoke are fresh off of a solid win away from home against Watford last Saturday, and will now take on Leicester in their own stadium. The Potters sit in 14th place in the Premier League, which is likely around the same area they’ll finish the season. Stoke will have the opportunity to gather valuable points in the next month or two. They faced off against both Manchester teams and Chelsea in their last five matches, but have a much easier run in November and December. That easier run begins on Saturday at home against Leicester, one of the more difficult contests.
Leicester will go into the Britannia Stadium for their second game under their new manager Claude Puel. He picked up a 2-0 win in his first match against struggling Everton at home, and will now manage his first away match for the Foxes in the Premier League. Jamie Vardy and Demarai Gray scored the two goals against Everton, and Gray in particular has stepped up his game recently. A Stoke away game will be a true test of mettle for the new manager. Aside from the Manchester City match, Stoke are generally tough to get a win at home.
