So many expected Jameis Winston to take a leap forward this season. Instead, he’s been inconsistent, losing and now, he’s hurt.

For those not aware, these rankings are calculated using a combination of past performance, current play and projected showing in the future.

Tyler Palko Division

32. QB Browns (Prev: 32)

If you played Tecmo Super Bowl, you get the reference. If not, don’t worry, it doesn’t matter … just like whoever is playing quarterback for the Browns.

31. Brett Hundley (Prev: 31)

Hundley is atrocious. He’s so bad, it really makes one wonder how head coach Mike McCarthy didn’t see this as a looming disaster.

30. Tom Savage (Prev: NA)

Savage turned what was one of the league’s most exciting offenses into a pop-gun attack that lost to the Colts … the Colts … at home. Enough said.

29. Brock Osweiler (Prev: NA)

Osweiler completed exactly half of his throws while averaging six yards per attempt with a touchdown and two interceptions in a blowout loss. He’s fitting right in with the Broncos.

28. C.J. Beathard (Prev: 29)

Beathard has been middling, completing 50.9 percent of his throws with two touchdowns and four interceptions. The trade for Jimmy Garoppolo suggests that the 49ers don’t see Beathard as more than a backup.

27. Mitch Trubisky (Prev: 30)

Trubisky is coming off his bye week and draws a home date with the woeful Packers. He’s been mediocre thus far, although with his weapons, it’s tough to blame him.

26. Joe Flacco (Prev: 28)

Another Sunday, another crappy Flacco performance. The Super Bowl champion threw 52 times for 261 yards. On the year, he’s averaging a comical 5.33 yards per attempt with eight touchdowns and 10 interceptions.
