NFL quarterback rankings, Week 10: Jameis Winston goes down
Tommy Kramer Division
21. Cam Newton (Prev: 21)
Going 13-of-24 for 137 yards and no touchdowns against the Falcons isn’t exactly a ringing endorsement of Newton’s abilities. Neither is his Titanic reference after the game.
20. Jacoby Brissett (Prev: 22)
Brissett isn’t going to light the world on fire, but he has some really nice traits. We saw one of them on a beautiful deep ball to T.Y. Hilton that helped defeat the Texans on Sunday.
19. Jameis Winston (Prev: 18)
Winton is going to be on the shelf for a while with a bum shoulder. He should use the time to think about ways to stop turning the ball over, and maybe another pregame ritual.
18. Eli Manning (Prev: 19)
Manning is only moving up because there are so many horrible quarterbacks in this league. Frankly, Manning looks like a shell of the player he once was. At 36 years old, his best days are behind him.
17. Andy Dalton (Prev: 17)
It will be very intriguing to see what the Bengals do with Dalton after this season. Should they allow head coach Marvin Lewis to leave, do they decide to save $13 million and release Dalton? With 11 touchdowns and eight interceptions, he isn’t making much of a case.
