What did LeBron James really mean with that Instagram post?
LeBron is pulling a Kyrie and being cryptic, do the Los Angeles Rams deserve more respect and football celebrations are making the NFL great again.
After taking last week off, this week marked our 39th episode of Carm and Kayla, and boy was there was a lot to cover!
We started things off with the NBA, which finally saw former Phoenix Suns point guard Eric Bledsoe be traded to the Milwaukee Bucks.
LeBron strikes again with another cryptic Instagram post of cartoon character favorite — Arthur’s clinched fist captioned, “mood.” The post comes in the wake of a recent, rocky run for the Cavs, and after the Boston Celtics’ 9-0 run. LeBron followed up the post saying, “I like Arthur. That’s ok, right?” Whatever you say, Bron Bron.
In the NFL, the Eagles and Rams are having great seasons so far but are the Rams getting the credit they deserve? Or, is it too soon to jump on that bandwagon? We discuss — although, I am still very skeptical since I was a St. Louis Rams fan.
The NFC race looks to be wide open heading into Week 10 and Carm breaks down what we’ve learned about the Green Bay Packers without Aaron Rodgers.
The College Football Playoff race is on and the second edition of the rankings remain unchanged with Georgia, Alabama, Notre Dame and Clemson sitting in the top four spots, in that order. Oklahoma and TCU sit right on the cusp in the 5th and 6th spots, respectively.
The Big Ten did itself no favors last week after Ohio State and Penn State both suffered their second losses of the season, most likely kissing the conference’s playoff hopes goodbye.
LiAngleo Ball and fellow UCLA teammates top our losers list after being arrested for shoplifting in China. Also on the list is NFL players getting into major brawls on the field last Sunday.
Our winners include the Northwestern Wildcats who won their 3rd overtime game last weekend, setting a college football record. Also a winner this week is JuJu Smith-Schuster who proved it’s never too late to get your driver’s license at the age of 20. No more stolen bikes for this guy!
And finally, I just want to remind everyone that Taylor Swift’s new album, “Reputation,” drops this Friday… you are welcome people!
