Established in 1899, the A.C. Milan Football Club has become one of the premier clubs in all of professional soccer. Located in Milan, Italy, the club plays in the top flight of Italian Football, which is called Serie A. In fact, A.C. Milan has won 18 titles in Serie A since the 1930s, and is the most supported football club in all of Italy.

Originally, the club started out as the Milan Foot-Ball and Cricket Club, and has since grown to be the fourth-most successful club in the world. They play their games at San Siro, which has a capacity of over 80,000 fans. Speaking of fans, A.C. Milan enjoys having some of the best fans in all of professional sports, and you can find fans of the team all over the world.

In total, A.C. Milan has won 18 UEFA and FIFA titles, making them one of the better teams soccer has ever seen. Their rival is Internazionale, and it is one of the more heated rivalries in professional soccer. A.C. Milan has over 20 million fans worldwide, and have had some of the better talent that has ever stepped on a soccer field. Paolo Maldini and Franco Baresi are just two names that come to mind, and both have had careers that have lasted nearly 20 years.

A.C. Milan won a title only two years after its foundation, and while Alfred Edwards is no longer around, his stamp on professional soccer will live forever. Silvio Berlusconi has taken the reigns in recent years, and with him in charge, A.C. Milan has become one of the elite.
