The Seahawks and Cardinals played on a short week on Thursday Night Football in an NFC West matchup. Who came out on top to start Week 10?
The Seattle Seahawks had a tough stretch before their Week 10 matchup with the Arizona Cardinals in Glendale after blowing a late lead against the Washington Redskins on Sunday, but they bounced back on Thursday night with a big win.
After a short week, the Seahawks came out firing on all cylinders, picking up a big fumble right off the bat to set up their first touchdown of the night. They followed up a Cardinals touchdown with a safety, and eventually pulled away in the second half for their 22-16 win on the road.
The Cardinals couldn’t get anything going offensively, evident by Adrian Peterson getting stuffed for the safety in the first half, and the Seahawks proved that their defense is still strong after the poor performance against the Redskins in Week 9.

Three Stars
1. Russell Wilson
Russell Wilson went off on Thursday night to help lead his team after their heartbreaker of a loss on Sunday, and he even pulled off some Eli Manning-esque wizardry to make some big throws to push the offense past the Cardinals. His two touchdown passes were huge, and he looked very strong in this Thursday night matchup.
2. Jimmy Graham
Although Doug Baldwin had a big receiving game, it’s tough to argue against a guy like Jimmy Graham when he finds the end zone twice in one night. Graham looked solid for the Seahawks offensively, and was a big push in the red zone to help give his squad the divisional win on the road.
3. Seahawks defense
This one is kind of cheating, but the Seahawks defense was great on all ends tonight, even doing well following Richard Sherman’s departure with his injury. They recorded a fumble and a safety all in one half, and really helped to keep the Cardinals in check to give the Seahawks the win.
