In an NFC North matchup on Sunday afternoon, the Chicago Bears will play host to the Green Bay Packers inside Soldier Field.

The Chicago Bears will take on the Green Bay Packers inside Soldier Field this weekend, in a matchup that has major implications in the NFC North. The Detroit Lions beat the Packers this past Monday night, leapfrogging them in the standings, and another loss may put the Packers to rest for good. The Bears are in rebuilding mode and would like nothing more than to beat their hated rivals on Sunday.

Mitchell Trubisky was selected No. 2 overall in the 2017 NFL Draft, and he has had mixed returns early on. The real issue with this team is the lack of playmakers, and they lost another big one their last time out when tight end Zach Miller nearly lost his leg against the New Orleans Saints. If they are going to take care of business at home this weekend, expect a steady dose of Jordan Howard and Tarik Cohen against a banged-up Packers defense.

Being favorites against the Green Bay Packers this late in the season is uncharted territory for the Bears in recent years, so expect them to play some inspired football in front of their home fans. They have been tough inside Soldier Field all season long, and with Aaron Rodgers out for the Packers, expect that trend to continue. Green Bay may be looking at a lost season, but they do have the talent to try to right the ship.
